Refund policy
Our Returns and Exchanges policy is limited to a period of 14 days after receipt of item, please see the below terms that you agree to when placing an order on https://foreverlily.co.uk

Returns must be sent from the same email address that the order was made, otherwise we will not process any refund or exchange. (Unless you can provide your confirmation email)
If your refund reason is accepted, we will process the refund as soon as we can. Please not that banking delays on refunds will take up to 10 working days.
Statutory Rights
Our policy does not effect your statutory rights. Whenever applicable our refund and exchange policy will be governed by the policies on this page.

Physical Items - Postage Queries
Please note Royal Mail will not consider a parcel as lost in post until delivery has not been made or attempted until 10 days after dispatch, & 20 days after dispatch outside of the United Kingdom. We suggest that you raise any issues with delivery to us as soon as possible but please be aware we cannot take any action until this timeframe has passed, and Royal Mail have had sufficient time to investigate the issue. We will always endeavour to solve any issues as soon as possible.
