Please note Royal Mail will not consider a parcel as lost in post until delivery has not been made or attempted until 10 days after dispatch, & 20 days after dispatch outside of the United Kingdom. We suggest that you raise any issues with delivery to us as soon as possible but please be aware we cannot take any action until this timeframe has passed, and Royal Mail have had sufficient time to investigate the issue.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and error-free. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and we cannot guarantee amendments to the delivery address. By completing your order, you accept full responsibility for any delays, additional costs, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Why we cannot be held accountable for address errors:

  1. Immediate Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched swiftly to meet delivery timelines. Once processing begins, we cannot intercept or update addresses.

  2. Third-Party Carriers: We rely on third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri) to deliver orders. They will ship to the address provided, and we cannot redirect packages retroactively.

  3. Failed Deliveries: Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries, returns, or lost parcels. Additional fees for reshipping (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Data Control: We are not liable for typos, outdated addresses, or errors caused by autofill tools used during checkout.

Can you amend an address after ordering?
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes if contacted immediately after purchase, amendments are not guaranteed. Always double-check your details before confirming your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You may be liable for redelivery costs or a restocking fee (up to 15%) if a refund is requested.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.

Your Legal Rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We remain responsible for delivering goods as described, but liability ceases once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided.
